How do I contact Agilelogin?

Email support@agilelogin.com with a concise subject, the affected product or page, the observed behavior, and safe reproduction steps. For a security concern, identify the component, impact, environment, and steps without testing against accounts or systems you do not own or have permission to assess.

Choose the right message

Product and release question

Link the page or feature, explain the decision you are trying to make, and state which operating system or workflow is relevant.

Website or translation correction

Include the URL, locale, exact text, why it is inaccurate, and a source the product team can verify.

Security concern

Describe the affected component, potential impact, reproduction conditions, and a safe way to confirm the issue.

What to include

A useful report lets the team distinguish a product defect, documentation gap, configuration issue, or third-party dependency.

  • A short, specific subject line
  • The page, component, or expected release involved
  • Operating system and product version, when a public version exists
  • Expected behavior and observed behavior
  • Minimal reproduction steps and non-sensitive evidence

What not to send

Email is not a secrets manager. Remove or redact passwords, session cookies, access tokens, proxy credentials, private keys, recovery codes, personal documents, and unrelated third-party information.

  • Do not send working credentials
  • Do not attach complete Profile data
  • Do not include data obtained without authorization
  • Do not publicly disclose a security issue before a safe coordination path is agreed

Response expectations

The site does not publish a guaranteed response or remediation time. Messages can require verification, prioritization, and release planning. If a public claim or document is materially wrong, the relevant page and review date should be corrected after the facts are confirmed.

Contact questions

Where should I report a security issue?

Send the report to support@agilelogin.com with 'Security' in the subject. Include impact and safe reproduction details, but exclude credentials and data that are not necessary to understand the issue.

Can I request a guaranteed reply time?

No guaranteed response window is currently published. Provide complete, safe information so the team can triage the message without asking for basic context.

Can support recover a third-party account?

No. Account ownership, authentication, recovery, and enforcement decisions belong to the third-party service. Contact that service through its official recovery process.
