By accessing the website or using Agilelogin software, you agree to these terms. You must have legal capacity to enter this agreement and must follow any laws that apply where you use the product.
2. Service and release status
Agilelogin provides tools for isolated browser Profiles, network configuration, and local automation. Features marked “planned” or “coming soon” are not part of the current release. We may improve, replace, suspend, or discontinue features as the product evolves.
3. Limited license
Subject to these terms and any license shown with a download, Agilelogin grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the software for lawful purposes. You may not sell, sublicense, or distribute the software except where we expressly allow it.
4. Acceptable use
Use Agilelogin only with accounts, systems, and data you are authorized to access. Do not use it to violate law, infringe rights, distribute malware, disrupt services, defeat access controls, or conceal unauthorized activity. You are responsible for workflows and automation you configure.
5. Third-party services
Websites, proxies, browser engines, and automation tools used with Agilelogin are supplied by third parties and may impose separate terms. Agilelogin does not control and is not responsible for their content, availability, security, or data practices.
6. Ownership and feedback
Agilelogin and its licensors retain rights in the website, software, brand, and documentation. If you provide feedback, you allow us to use it to improve the product without an obligation to compensate you, while you keep ownership of your own data.
7. Disclaimers and liability
The website and software are provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted operation or suitability for every workflow. Agilelogin is not liable for indirect or consequential loss where such exclusions are permitted; mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
